Where do we deliver?

My Kitchen Chef are based right here in Brisbane and we source our fresh produce from local suppliers.
To ensure that all of our deliveries are as fresh as they can possibly be, our delivery area is limited to the Brisbane City Council, Mainland area.

Do we deliver to you?

We are expanding fast, so if we aren’t delivering recipes to your area yet, chances are we soon will be! Scroll down and sign up to our newsletter to be informed as soon as we deliver to your area!

And remember, we deliver our range of kitchen utensils and products Australia Wide!

When will my order arrive?
We deliver every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The Cut off for next day delivery is 11pm the night before.
So orders placed before 11pm on Sunday will be delivered on Monday before 6pm.
You’ll receive an email or SMS once delivery is completed.
At this time, unfortunately we are unable to meet specific delivery-time requests.

How is my order Delivered?
All of our fresh produce is delivered fresh by courier.
Your order will arrive in an insulated cooling bag with ice packs which stay cold for 3-4 hours!

What will I receive?
Everything you need!
Except for a few pantry basics such as oil, salt and pepper, you’ll get all the ingredients you’ll need to create each recipe.
Remember to check which utensils you’ll need from the products page or recipe card you’ll receive with your order.

How much is Delivery?
FRESH PRODUCE:
Our Standard Delivery Fee for the current delivery area (Brisbane City Council Mainland) is $14

KITCHEN UTENSILS / PRODUCTS:
For non perishable items, our delivery fee Australia Wide is $10

Every now and then we run promotions and offer free delivery. So check back from time to time.

OTHER FAQ:

How long will my ingredients stay fresh?
We deliver your ingredients with insulation and ice packs to keep your ingredients such as meat, fish and dairy cool during transit.
Once your box arrives, you should transfer your ingredients to the fridge, they can then be stored for up to 4 days.

Do I have to be at home to accept my delivery?
No. You don’t need to be at home to accept delivery of your box; it will be waiting on your doorstep until you get home.
If you have any specific delivery instructions for the courier, please enter them during checkout.

Can I change my order once it is placed?
Yes, you can change your order as long as it is before the delivery cut off for your area.
