Where do we deliver?

My Kitchen Chef are based right here in Brisbane and we source our fresh produce from local suppliers.
To ensure that all of our deliveries are as fresh as they can possibly be, our delivery area is limited to the Brisbane City Council, Mainland area.

Do we deliver to you?

We are expanding fast, so if we aren’t delivering recipes to your area yet, chances are we soon will be! Scroll down and sign up to our newsletter to be informed as soon as we deliver to your area!

Returns Policy

My Kitchen Chef will refund the purchase price plus the return shipping cost of any item that was either incorrect to what you ordered, damaged in transit or unsuitable for sale. We require customers to ship the items back to us via Australia Post. However we will reimburse this expense if the item is deemed to be incorrect from your order, damaged or unsuitable for sale.

If you would prefer a re-supply of the goods, any cost for the re-shipping of the product shall be the responsibility My Kitchen Chef (eg. no additional charges shall be the responsibility of the customer.)

All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your goods via email only.

My Kitchen Chef will exchange item/s if they are still sealed in their original packaging and undamaged. However we will not pay shipping costs and we will require customers to pay our shipping costs for the exchange. These costs will be arranged at the time of exchange. We must receive the item/s before we ship the new item/s.
